• In accordance with Kazakhstan's data protection laws, your data is stored on servers located within Kazakhstan
• All services remain subject to Kazakhstan's legal jurisdiction
• We maintain full compliance with Kazakhstan's data protection requirements
• Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account credentials with others

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring you log out from shared devices
• Maintaining the security of your authentication credentials

• Courses are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be changed for future purchases
• Completed purchases are non-transferable
• Access to purchased course content continues indefinitely unless your account is terminated for violations of these Terms

• All fees are charged at the time of purchase as a one-time payment
• Payment must be made through our authorized payment processors
• You will receive access upon successful payment confirmation
• Purchase confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
• Multiple courses may be purchased separately or/and simultaneously

• Some courses may be available for purchase before full content release
• Early access purchasers will receive full course access when content becomes available according to the published schedule
• Early access pricing and terms will be clearly stated at time of purchase
• Content release dates are estimates and may be subject to change
• Early access purchases are subject to the same refund policy once content is released

• Purchasers receive free access to updates and improvements to courses they have purchased
• Significant updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications
• We reserve the right to modify course content to maintain accuracy and relevance

• The storage of your personal data on servers located within Kazakhstan
• The processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• The application of Kazakhstan's data protection laws to your data
• The use of your data for service provision and improvement

• All course content, materials, and platform features ("Content") are owned by Creative Technicality or its licensors
• Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission

• Access and view Content from courses you have purchased for personal, non-commercial use
• Download course materials (project files, resources, and supplementary materials) provided with your purchased courses for personal, non-commercial use
• Use course knowledge and skills for personal or commercial projects
• Access purchased courses indefinitely

• You retain ownership of original work you create while taking courses
• By submitting work for feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to review and provide educational commentary
• We may request permission to showcase exceptional student work for promotional purposes
• Your explicit consent will be obtained before using your work publicly

• Share account credentials with others
• Copy, download, or redistribute Platform Content to third parties
• Record, screen capture, or reproduce video lessons or course materials for distribution
• Attempt to bypass technical protection measures
• Interfere with Platform operation or security
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass other users or violate their privacy
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes under Kazakhstan law
• Resell or commercially distribute course materials or access

• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Follow course-specific guidelines and instructions
• Not share complete solutions to assignments or assessments
• Engage constructively with the community

• Access to our Discord community is provided to course purchasers
• All community members must follow our Community Guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove users who violate guidelines or engage in disruptive behavior
• Content posted in community spaces may be moderated
• Participation in the community is voluntary

• Feedback on homework and projects is provided on a best-effort basis through Discord and our platform
• Response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on instructor availability
• Feedback is educational in nature and does not constitute professional consultation
• Quality and quantity of feedback may vary based on submission volume

• Live streams are scheduled once or twice per week at instructor discretion
• Stream schedule, frequency, and topics may change without notice
• Recordings may or may not be made available
• Attendance at live streams is not mandatory or guaranteed as part of course purchase
• Streams provide additional learning opportunities but are not required for course completion

• Course content is provided in Russian and Kazakh as specified in course descriptions
• Community and support services are provided in these languages
• We reserve the right to add or modify language offerings

• All course fees are charged as one-time payments at the time of purchase
• Payment must be made through our authorized payment processors
• Prices are subject to change for future purchases (existing purchases are unaffected)
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds are only available if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
• Access to course content will be revoked immediately upon refund approval
• Early access purchases follow the same refund policy once content becomes available
• Team or bulk purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• More than 20% of course content has been accessed
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• Account has been terminated for Terms violations
• Request is made in bad faith or after course completion

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share or resell course access
• Abuse Platform resources or services
• Harass other users or staff
• Violate community guidelines repeatedly

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• Access to all purchased courses will be revoked
• No refunds will be provided for previous purchases
• Personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention obligations

• Access to all Content will be immediately revoked
• You must cease using all Platform materials
• Outstanding payment obligations remain in effect
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and confidentiality survive termination

• About the accuracy, completeness, or currency of Content
• Regarding specific career outcomes or skill achievements from using our Platform
• About the availability or uninterrupted operation of services
• Concerning third-party services, links, or content
• That courses will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• About the quality or availability of instructor feedback or community support

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions of other users or third parties
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for courses in the preceding 12 months

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Content you submit or share on the Platform

• Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a new updated date
• Significant changes will be communicated via email
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
• If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform
• Change course content, pricing, or availability
• Update Community Guidelines or support policies
• Add or remove features at our discretion

• Content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services
• Any transactions between you and third parties
• Functionality or availability of third-party services

• Natural disasters
• Governmental actions or regulations
• Internet service provider failures
• Power outages
• Cyberattacks or security breaches
